Speedway man dies in accident close to Avon – WISH-TV | Indianapolis Information | Indiana climate

AVON, Ind. (WISH) – A speedway man died in an accident on Sunday afternoon near Avon, the Hendricks County Sheriff’s office said in a press release Monday afternoon.

Benjamin Marvin, 43, was the only occupant of a black jeep to leave the street. He was partially thrown from the vehicle and died at the crash site, the statement said.

The crash occurred shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Sunday on County Road 200 northwest of County Road 800 East, also known as Dan Jones Parkway in Avon and Hornaday Road in Brownsburg.

The investigation into the crash was still ongoing on Monday, and the press release did not contain any additional information.
