Run, run and shoot a discipline aim downtown with Indy Final – WISH-TV | Indianapolis Information | Indiana climate

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indy Ultimate is Saturday and it’s a chance for everyone to walk, run, and even score a field goal through some of the most iconic locations in downtown Indianapolis.

WISH-TV is proud to be the media sponsor of this year’s Indy Ultimate.

Friday is the final opportunity for attendees to sign up for the Sports Corp walking tour of some of downtown’s most iconic landmarks. Registration is only possible in person, Friday at the Lucas Oil Stadium and runners can pick up their start numbers on Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lucas Oil Stadium

The race begins on Saturday, June 19th at 8am and people can enjoy unforgettable activities like walking the steps of the War Memorial and kicking a field goal at Lucas Oil Stadium, as well as other unique experiences along this year’s circuit.

Stops include Indy’s most famous sports venues, arts and cultural sites, and city attractions. New for 2021 are stops in the Bottleworks District and Bobby Slick Leonard Court at the Ascension St. Vincent Center Pacers Training Facility.

The Indy Ultimate goes one step further to ensure the safety of all participants. Here are some security measures they take:

  • Staggered waves of participants to control the mass flow
  • Masks and gloves available for all volunteers
  • Disinfection stations throughout the course
  • Controlled settlement procedures for water stations and post-race claims
  • Communication prior to the where people who feel sick, have symptoms, or have a fever should stay home
