Beer Bones BBQ Food Trailer and Catering is a new food truck that you will see in Evansville. Based in Mt. Carmel, the Beer Bones Truck will be on the way with the occasional handcrafted smoked sausage, smoked wings, pork loin, bologna, pork shoulder, brisket, and more selection of sauces along the way. Gangnam Korean BBQ On Sunday, May 23rd, there will be a sushi rolling class from 3pm to 3pm. Participants will learn how to cook and season sushi rice and how to roll, cut and eat sushi. Students make and eat two of their own rolls and get one off the menu. All food and equipment is provided. The price is $ 30 per person.
